Four reeded, curved arms terminate in acanthus-trimmed galleries with frosted glass flame shades, while the lyre rises from a fluted socle and pedestal with laurel-swag ornament and a tapering torch body—pure Neoclassical poetry. Supplied on an adjustable 40 cm chain with a 10 cm ceiling rose (overall height with chain/rose currently 115 cm, reducible). The gilt has been cleaned and lacquered; the light is rewired and in working order—ready to hang and glow.
